Fusion worked in collaboration with Roadline Civil a North-West WA civil contractor renowned for earthworks, civil contracting, drainage and more, for the Broome water treatment plant upgrades.
Fusion, in collaboration with Roadline Civil and The Water Corporation (Western Australia’s primary water authority), installed 12km of 560mm HDPE pipe for Broome’s wastewater and water upgrades. The upgrade enabled treatment of all of Broome’s wastewater to Broome’s North Water Resource Recovery Facility and allowed for the closure of Broome’s South Water Resource Recovery Facility. The closure of Broome’s South Water Resource Recovery Facility helps protect the iconic Roebuck Bay, which is an area of high conservation value and national and international environmental significance.
