Fusion's West Australian fabrication facility manufactured HDPE launder covers bracketed by client supplied steel frames for the Kathleen Valley Lithium Project, Western Australia. The sheet HDPE was cut to size using in-house CNC machining, then heat formed into the steel frames and extrusion welded.
The smooth surface of the HDPE liners prevents material buildup, ensuring efficient operation and prolonging the lifespan of the launder frames.
