Fusion was responsible for the complete process of designing, fabricating, and assembling advanced sodium hypochlorite dosing systems for Suez Water. These systems were an integral part of a water filtration plant situated in NSW, Australia.
Sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl), a widely recognized disinfectant, plays a crucial role in numerous industrial applications, including water treatment and the food industry.
The project involved developing dosing systems that not only adhere to the plant's strict space requirements but also meet high engineering standards. To ensure smooth handling and installation, the panels were designed with engineer-certified lifting lugs.
Furthermore, Fusion collaborated with an electrical subcontractor to finalise the system. This partnership yielded a complete plug-and-play dosing system. This system, characterized by its convenience and ease of transportation, was readily installed at the client's site.
This project underscores Fusion's capability not only in innovative system design but also in orchestrating successful collaborations with subcontractors. The result is a testament to Fusion's ability to deliver tailor-made, end-to-end solutions to its clients.
