Fusion's West Australian fabrication facility manufactured 116 yellow HDPE machine guards for the Alcoa Pinjarra Alumina Refinery. The sheet HDPE used to create the guards is inherently yellow, eliminating the need for coatings and making it scratch-resistant. Additionally, these guards are lightweight, allowing for easy installation and removal during motor maintenance.
Each guard features a bolted inner foam and steel mesh liner that acts as an acoustic dampener.
