Overview

The client required on-site UPVC schedule 80 pipe and fitting installation for filter vessels. Fusion staff quickly mobilised to install a new set of filters, saving the client potential lost downtime.

Products used in this Installation

Items installed:

  • 4" UPVC schedule 80 pipe (various lengths, cut to size)
  • 4" UPVC schedule 80 90° and 45° elbows, tees, vanstone flanges
  • 4" UPVC butterfly valves with hand levers
  • 4 - 6" UPVC reducing bushes
  • 6" UPVC couplings, full faced flanges
  • 6" Galvanised steel backing rings
  • Primer (We used Tangit Cleaner for UPVC / CPVC / ABS)
  • Solvent cement (We used Tangit All Pressure for UPVC)
  • Pipe clips for mounting the pipe work

The Installation
