Piping systems and valves

Fusion supplies PE, PP, UPVC, CPVC and PVDF piping systems for a range of mining and mineral-processing duties.

Our range includes pipe, fittings, industrial valves, actuation and supporting components. Pipe spools and manifolds can be fabricated before delivery, reducing the amount of assembly required on site.

Material selection depends on the media, concentration, temperature, pressure, abrasion and installation conditions.

Engineering and site services

Fusion can review existing drawings or assist with material selection and design. Our workshop and site teams can then fabricate, test and install the completed system.

Site capabilities include butt welding, electrofusion, socket fusion, IR welding, extrusion welding and solvent cement jointing. Welding equipment is also available for hire.

Project Example

HDPE launder liners for a lithium mine

Fusion fabricated HDPE liners for launders used at a lithium mine. The liners provide a corrosion-resistant and replaceable surface between the process material and the underlying equipment.

The components were fabricated to suit the existing launders and prepared for installation on site.
