Pipe spools and skid assemblies can be fabricated, assembled and tested before delivery.

Prefabrication reduces the amount of jointing required on site and provides greater control over the finished assembly. Fusion can work from client drawings or assist with piping layout and material selection.

Thermoplastic scrubbers

Fusion fabricates HDPE, UPVC and PP scrubbers for removing particles and gases from industrial exhaust streams.

Thermoplastics offer corrosion and impact resistance and can be easier to repair than some traditional materials. Scrubbers can be designed around the process gas, treatment method and installation requirements.
