High Density Polyethylene (HDPE / PE100) pipe and fittings are durable, mechanically strong and high-impact resistant. Fusion supplies and installs PE100 fittings and pipe.

PE is used extensively in water treatment, water distribution and in lesser chemical applications / processes where the priority is for bulk fluid distribution as opposed to technically specialised applications.

It is available in a range of sizes and pressure ratings to suit water treatment, utilities, mining, irrigation and rural applications.

HDPE Multibends

Multibends provide top flexibility: they can be used as long-spigot or, when cut, as a short spigot fitting. They’re suitable for butt and electro-fusion welding. Multibends are easier to install than standard elbows, have a lower resistance coefficient and less pressure loss than long spigot elbows. What is PE Electrofusion?

Electrofusion is a process of welding polyethylene (PE) piping systems. EF fittings are embedded with copper coil heating elements. Using an electrical input from a specialised EF welding machine; welding—with a little preparation—is essentially plug-and-play.

EF welding machines are very small and lightweight compared to almost all butt fusion welding machines (especially for larger diameter pipe), making joins easier to accomplish with lower transportation costs.
