Piping systems and valves

Fusion supplies PE, UPVC, CPVC, ABS, PP and PVDF piping systems with industrial valves, actuation and supporting components.

PE pipe is suited to many buried and above-ground water and wastewater applications. Other thermoplastics can be used for treatment chemicals, dosing systems and plant-room pipework.

The correct system depends on the media, temperature, pressure, installation environment and project specification.

Prefabricated pipework

Pipe spools, manifolds and skid assemblies can be fabricated before delivery to site.

Prefabrication reduces the amount of assembly required in the field and provides greater control over jointing, alignment and testing. Fusion can work from client drawings or assist with the design and layout.

Tanks and dosing equipment

Infrastructure projects may require water storage, chemical treatment and controlled dosing.

Fusion fabricates chemical storage tanks, bunds, dosing panels and equipment skids. Our product range also includes dosing pumps, valves, actuation and level instrumentation.

Engineering and Project support

Fusion can assist with material selection, piping layout, tank design and fabrication requirements.

Our WA and Queensland facilities can manufacture and test assemblies before delivery. Site teams and plastic welding equipment are also available for installation and project support.

Project Example

12km HDPE sewer pipeline in Broome

Fusion worked with Roadline Civil and Water Corporation to install 12 kilometres of 560mm HDPE pipe for Broome’s wastewater infrastructure upgrades.

Fusion’s site team joined and installed the SDR11 pipeline, helping connect the town’s wastewater network to the North Water Resource Recovery Facility.
