Chemical storage and dosing

Our WA and Queensland fabrication teams manufacture chemical storage tanks, bunds, dosing panels, cabinets and skids to suit each plant.
Equipment can be designed around the chemicals being handled, the available space, operator access and site safety requirements.

Fusion supplies UPVC, CPVC, ABS, PE, PP and PVDF piping systems for a range of water and chemical duties.

Installation and maintenance

Our site teams install plastic piping systems, tanks, dosing equipment and prefabricated assemblies at treatment plants across Australia.

Services include butt welding, electrofusion, socket fusion, IR welding, extrusion welding and solvent cement jointing. We can also assist with maintenance work and planned plant shutdowns.

Mundaring Water Treatment Facility Upgrades

Fusion helped deliver several components for the Mundaring Water Treatment Facility in Western Australia.
The work included HDPE pipework, fabricated chemical storage tanks, UPVC and CPVC dosing pipework, polypropylene dosing panels and fabricated DAF cones.
